If it will (note if it is much too long use the 2 inch kit); Take the cast brass flange and place the lead flange inside of it. Then take the silicone and rub it on the inside of the broken pipe and the outside of the lead flange. This lubricates the flange to make it slide in easier and will solidify sealing the flange in place. This will repair the pipe and seal it for water and odor. Slide the flange and the cast flange all the way down. And screw it into the floor. Add the closet bolts and add the smaller nut and washers to stabilize the bolts to the case flange. Add a wax ring and you’re ready to go.
